Shipping

Goods are sent to the whole world. Shipping in Lithuania is free of charge, in Europe – EUR 4,99. Outside Europe – EUR 9.99.

Returns

• – Goods purchased online can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.
  – The returned item must be in the original, neat packaging of the seller.
  – The product must be undamaged by the buyer.
  – The product must be unused, not losing its commercial appearance (not folded, not scratched, not broken, etc.).
  – The returned item must be of the same composition as the one received by the buyer.

To return an item

• – Inform the seller by writing an e-mail – info@raudoneboutique.com. In the letter, indicate the name of the returned item, the quantity of goods returned, the order number and the reason for the return.
• – If you need help, please contact us by e-mail or phone number indicated in the contact section.
• – Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you within 4 working days and arrange the details of the return of the item.
• – After receiving the product and making sure that the product is unused, within 5-10 working days we will return the money only for the item (es), except for the shipping costs , to the bank account specified by you.
• – Defective goods are returned in accordance with the Rules for the Return and Replacement of Items approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001 "On approval of the rules for the return and replacement of things".
